Beetley & District Preschool is at the heart of our community – a warm, friendly, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Manager to lead our team and help shape the future of our much-loved setting.
About the Role
As Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the preschool. You will work closely with our supportive parent/carer committee to provide the best possible early years experience for children aged 2-5. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a community-led environment and values the close partnership between families and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of early years practitioners.
- Ensure the preschool continues to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including safeguarding, curriculum planning, and staff development.
- Work collaboratively with the committee to manage finances, fundraising, and community engagement
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified to at least Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Experienced in a leadership or management role within an early years setting.
- Knowledgeable in the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a caring, inclusive environment.

- 35 hours a week
