Our Preschool sessions are for children aged 2-5 years and run Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 4 pm.

Morning session 8.30/9am – 12/1pm

Afternoon session 12/1pm – 3/3.30/4pm

Full day 8.30/9am-3/3.30/4pm

The sessions are run by our Preschool staff and offer a safe and fun environment for young children to play, sing and learn together.  We maintain a ratio of 1 adult to 8 children for children 3+ and 1 adult to 4 children aged 2 years.

Many children who attend our Preschool make a smooth transition to primary school the September after their fourth birthday.

We offer 2 year old funded spaces for eligible 2 year olds the term after their second birthday and non funded spaces at a rate of £5.66 per hour.  We also offer 3 year old funded spaces for children the term after their third birthday and non-funded spaces at a rate of £5.34 per hour.  Please see the Best Start in Life website for more information.

Our chargeable extras is categorised into two charges of 25p per half day for food consumables (snack) and 50p per half day for optional activities and services. For more information please see our fees and charges policy.
